Anna Span is a pornographic filmmaker and editor who lives and works in London. Span studied BA Hons Fine Art (Film and Video) at Central St Martins School of Art and wrote her dissertation entitled ‘Towards a New Pornography’, which discussed the female perspective on porn. Upon graduating in 1998, she began to work on a full-length porn feature but financial difficulties forced Span to abandon the project. She later began to work on a series entitled ‘Interviews with Men’. Span’s ‘Eat Me/Keep Me’ was screened on Television X in 1999 where she also worked as an editor.
